WORK IT! CIRCUIT
Using a combination of strength and cardio moves, this circuit style class will raise your heart rate, strengthen every muscle in your body and work up a sweat. Within the 45 seconds of every station, you WORK at the pace and weight that suits you best.
MONDAY 6:30PM & FRIDAY 9:30AM
TONE and strengthen your body using light weights and body weight. This class is a low impact class where you will feel your core work throughout the entire class while also toning your arms, butt and thighs.
This strength based class uses a mixture of bodyweight, dumbells, barbells, kettlebells and more to challenge every muscle in your body to become a STRONGER and more powerful you. Some weeks it will be more BOOTCAMP style to give your muscles that extra challenge.
Hit, kick and punch HARDER with our boxing style class. With a combo of boxing and strengthening moves, this class will help strengthen and condition your muscles, while working up a sweat and letting off some steam.
BYO gloves are welcomed but we can also provide you a pair as well as cotton inners if you do not have your own.
GYM&TONIC DANCE FITNESS PARTY
The most fun you can have without alcohol and while exercising! Come move your body, work up a sweat and shake your groove thang with this dance fitness workout. No co-ordination needed, just your ability to have some fun and dance like nobody is watching. Each week there will be a new theme with songs from all decades. You’ll rock and roll to 60s classic, visit 70s discotheque, sweat it out to 80s aerobics, pop it to 90s RNB and shake that booty to 00s classics.
Dress ups are encouraged but not required. Check out our socials for this weeks theme and dress accordingly.
