Moving forward in 2023, Beautiful + Balanced Bodies sessions will be operating with a membership format. This is to help keep you more accountable and see more progress. Due to limited numbers, it also helps to secure your spot in each session so you don't miss out . Similar to how you book swimming lessons or dance classes for your children, you will pay to secure your spot for a full term. There are different membership options to suit your schedule and payment preferences. We understand life happens and you may need to miss sessions, don't worry there are plenty of options to make up for missed sessions so you don't stop any progress.

You are eligible for 2x $10 trial sessions to see how each session runs, see if it suits what you are after with your fitness and feel comfortable to commit to being fit.  These sessions are obligation free!

Commencing Training

  • You are welcome to come along for a $10 trial session before committing to Beautiful + Balanced Bodies group training sessions.

  • You may commence training with Beautiful + Balanced Bodies whenever suits you - however if you have given birth within the last 3 months, you must have been to your 6 - 8 week check up and been given the all clear to exercise prior to your first session.

  • You are eligible for 2 x trial sessions at the price of $10 each.

  • Following your trial session(s), if you would like to continue to come along to sessions, we ask for a one block commitment or pro-rated from your start date.

  • If you don't wish to commit, you can book in for a casual session if spots are still available at the cost of $25.

  • Sessions will start on time - please ensure you arrive 5-10 minutes before to get settled. The start of our session is highly important in warming up and tuning into your core and postural system. If you arrive late you will be asked to warm up, stretch and perform some core and postural exercises prior to joining us.

  • If you have any pelvic floor weakness (leaking, dragging, urgency,etc.), abdominal separation, sciatica, pelvic / back pain OR your baby is less than 6 months old and you have not been exercising, we highly recommend that you attend a session with a Women's Health Physiotherapist either before or in the first few weeks of training with Beautiful + Balanced Bodies.

Bookings and Payments

  • Your initial trial session(s) can be booked via the website booking system or through email communication.

  • The $10 fee for your trial session can be paid via the website booking system or in person with cash or bank transfer.

  • Following your trial session(s), Beautiful + Balanced Bodies requires a minimum 3 month commitment.

  • You have a choice of (3) different membership payment options:

    • Upfront payment of the entire term or pro-rated from your start date

    • Half the amount of the term paid upfront, with the remaining amount due half way through the term

    • Weekly direct debits

  • You have a choice of (3) different booking options to suit your level of commitment:

    • 1x session $22.50 per week

    • 2x sessions $45 per week

    • PLUS Pack: 2x sessions + a Super Saturday Session $55 per week

  • Once you have chosen your booking option, you will be booked into your preferred session(s) for the duration of the term.

  • If you wish to continue training with Beautiful + Balanced Bodies in the term following:

    • Another full or half upfront payment will be required to secure your spot for the following term

    • Direct debits will be suspended over the term break, and resume when the following term begins


Cancellations and Make Ups

  • If you are unable to attend a booked session and provide more than 12 hours notice, you will be able to make up the session.

  • If you provide less than 12 hours notice, you will forfeit the session and be ineligible for a make up session.

  • Make up sessions must be used within the term and do not roll over to the next term.

  • You can make up a session by:

    • attending another session time (if spots are available)

    • attending a Super Saturday Session

  • You may also gift your session to another person. This person must be a non active member. If you wish to gift a session, please contact Beautiful + Balanced Bodies as soon as possible so we can arrange the appropriate paperwork for the new attendee.

  • Refunds will not be awarded for missed sessions.

  • A minimum of 3 months commitment (one term) is required. After the initial 3 month period, 3 weeks notice is required for cancellation.

  • No refunds (full or part) will be given if you do not fulfill your commitment, except for in exceptional circumstances such as:

    • Pregnancy: you cannot continue exercise due to late pregnancy or have given birth

    • Long term holiday: if you will be going on a holiday that lasts 3 weeks or longer

    • Moving: if you are moving to a new location (must provide evidence with new address)

    • Injury: if a doctor has requested you stop all exercise (must provide a signed doctor’s certificate)

  • Supporting evidence must be provided for the above circumstances. All other cancellation requests will be assessed on a case by case basis. 

Note: Beautiful and Balanced Bodies reserves the right to alter any of these terms and conditions and without notification. 

Trial Sessions:

  • You can book up to 2x trial sessions at a reduced price of $10 each.

  • These sessions allow you to try a real time B+BB session obligation free.

  • You may not be able to book into the session time that you would like to due to limited numbers. If the session you are wanting to book in for is booked out, please find another day / time within the 4 week trial period or contact us via email. 

  • If the sessions you are booked in for is at capacity by members before you attend, you will receive a refund or you can attend a Super Saturday Session.
