Over the Summer holidays the gym is open to ANY FEMALES IN THE LOCAL AREA.

While our small group PT sessions take a break over January, you can see what a B+BB class is like and join us for our Summer Series circuits. 

These circuits are suitable for ALL fitness levels - so whether you have never tried a class or you are a B+BB regular - there is something for everyone to kickstart your year feeling strong & fit đŸ’Ș

Strength Program for Women
Build lasting strength — inside and out.                  
MAX 6 PER CLASS

This progressive strength-training program is designed to help you feel strong, capable, and confident in your body. You’ll learn how to lift safely, train effectively, and support your hormones, metabolism, and energy with smart, female-specific programming.

Perfect for:

  • Women of all ages and abilities

  • Anyone wanting to build muscle, improve tone, or enhance strength and energy

You’ll leave each session feeling powerful, accomplished, and energised.

Led by a certified Safe Return to Exercise & your local MumSafeTM Trainer, this program focuses on rebuilding and maintaining your core and pelvic floor strength while improving overall fitness and energy.

BOXING

MAX 8 PER CLASS

Our female-only boxing sessions are designed to give you an all-over strength and cardio workout - without the jumping or running. You’ll build power, endurance, and confidence while working up a satisfying sweat.

But this class isn’t just about fitness - it’s about release.

Each punch helps you let go of stress, frustration, and overstimulation that can build up through everyday life (especially mum life!). Expect to leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more energised - both mentally and physically.

No boxing experience needed - just show up, move your body, and feel the difference.
