These small group training sessions are designed to build strength from the inside out. Using her qualifications as a Safe Return To Exercise trainer, Toni can ensure you are building and maintaining your core and pelvic floor strength in a way that suits your body, while also working on general fitness and overall strength. Perfect for those Mumma's to Be's or Mumma's with their Mini Me's. This is also a suitable class for anyone who is experiencing any pelvic floor or core concerns.
This is a circuit style class that includes a combination of cardio and strength moves, to raise the heart rate up and work every muscle in your body. All ages, bodies and fitness levels welcomed!
