I'm Toni Plumb
For those who haven’t met me yet, my name is Toni, and I’m the head trainer here at Beautiful + Balanced Bodies.
I’ve been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for over 13 years, and I still wake up every day excited to do what I love - helping women feel strong, confident, and empowered in their own bodies.
My journey into fitness began straight out of high school. My love of sport and my desire to motivate others led me into the fitness world - and I’ve never looked back.
Today, my mission is to help women reconnect with their bodies through fun, achievable workouts, easy-to-understand nutrition advice, and a whole lot of self-love and body acceptance.

My Fitness Philosophy
If you’ve never trained with me before, here’s what you can expect:
A welcoming, supportive, and empowering environment.
I believe that you’ll always get more out of your workout if you feel comfortable and confident - not “smashed.” Every session is designed to meet you where you’re at.
I’ll guide you to move at your own pace, provide modifications for all fitness levels, injuries, or energy levels on the day, and add just enough motivation to help you push that little bit further (they don’t call me the Smiling Assassin for nothing!).
My goal is for you to walk away from every workout feeling proud, accomplished, and connected - knowing you’ve done something amazing for your health and happiness.

If you’re a Mum or Mum-to-be interested in joining our pre/postpartum fitness programs, you are in the right place.
As a mum myself, I completely understand how hard it can be to find the time, energy, and confidence to move your body when you’re juggling everything (and running on minimal sleep!).
But here’s what I’ve learned - movement is medicine.
It helps ease aches and pains, boosts energy, and rebuilds confidence in your beautiful new body.
As a qualified Mumsafe™ Trainer, I create safe, achievable workouts designed specifically for your pre- and postnatal journey. Whether you’re rebuilding your core, strengthening your pelvic floor, or simply craving some “me time,” I’ve got you covered.
And since I’m currently navigating my own prolapse journey, I’ll be right there with you - every step of the way.
Nourish Your Body + Mind
My passion for fitness is matched only by my love of nutrition and women’s health.
Over the years, I’ve seen how much pressure women put on themselves to follow restrictive diets, and how often that leads to stress, guilt, and burnout. That’s why I decided to study a Bachelor Degree in Nutrition (BHsc. Nutritional & Dietetic Medicine) — to help women shift from punishment to nourishment.
Food should fuel your body and feed your soul, not drain your energy or joy.
While I’m not currently offering one-on-one nutrition consults, I can help you with your nutrition and health journey through our online courses, free resources, podcast & insights on my social media and blog.
I love helping women understand food labels, support their hormones, and eat in a non-restrictive, stress-free way - because your body deserves to be nourished, not deprived.
