Pregnant, Postpartum + Mums & Bubs Program
This program is designed to build strength from the inside out. Using her qualifications as a Safe Return To Exercise trainer, Toni can ensure you are building and maintaining your core and pelvic floor strength in a way that suits your body, while also working on general fitness and overall strength. Perfect for those Mumma's to Be's or Mumma's with their Mini Me's. This is also a suitable class for anyone who is experiencing any pelvic floor or core concerns.
Strength program designed for women
This program is designed to build strength by progressive overloading. This class suits any woman of any shape, age or fitness ability. Using different forms of strength training to support the woman's body, hormones and health. This program will leave you feeling stronger, energised and empowered!
SUPER SATURDAY SESSIONS
This is a CASUAL class welcome to all females in Sunbury and surrounding areas. This is a 50 minute circuit style session that combines cardio + strength moves to raise the heart rate up while working every muscle in your body.
Plus at the end of every month there is an excursion, where we visit different fitness business that offer a different service such as: Yoga, hiking, reformer Pilates and more.

Online fully guided or self paced workouts
- over 30+ workouts that can easily be done in the comfort of your own home with minimal equipment
