Course Structure
Week 1
Find The Hidden Sugars
It's not the sweet foods, such as chocolate and icecream, that I find causes the most problems, it's the hidden sugar that is in all of our store brought packets, especially the ones that claim they are "healthy".
Discover which foods might be deceiving you and how you can create a healthy balance between real food vs packaged foods.
Week 3
Get Fuelled!
9/10 women I work with AREN'T EATING ENOUGH. For years and years, they've been told to eat less to lose weight. This restriction or eating less than what our body needs impacts our metabolism while leaving us feeling hangry and wanting those sweet treats all the time.
In this week we focus on getting enough food and protein into our diet to fuel us for maximum energy.
Week 2
Dress Your Carbs
Our body needs carbs to function! But when we consume them "naked" it leads us down the path of the blood sugar rollercoaster - hello being hungry every 2 hours, huge energy slump in the afternoon, always looking for that sweet / caffeine pick me up.
Utilising the PFF method, you will learn how to create balanced meals that will keep you feeling fuller for longer, fuel your body + curb those cravings!
Week 4
Increase Calm To Decrease Cravings
In most diet or wellness programs, the emphasis is all about diet and fitness but the missing puzzle piece for most women is STRESS and how they manage their stress levels.
The hustle and bustle, always on the go, never ending to do list is wreaking havoc on our bodies leaving us feeling tired but wired, looking for constant pick me ups (hello 3rd coffee for the day with a muffin).
Learn tips on how to manage your stress and increase the "calm" in your life.

Where you can ask any nutrition questions, receive extra advice to help achieve the weekly habits + extra accountability & support.

How I stopped my sugar addiction without quitting sugar
I had always been a sweet-tooth!
I was raised in a household where we had dessert everyday after dinner and a biscuit or lolly jar on the bench. Coming from a sporty family, all these sweets were fine. I was young so it didn't make me gain weight, it helped energise me for my sports, it wasn't a problem... until it became a problem!

In my early 20's, I was addicted to the sweet stuff! I'd raid the pantry and eat anything sweet in sight. I couldn't stop at one biscuit, I'd have to eat the whole packet, then hide the evidence.
One night I remember finishing work at the gym and after dinner, eating whatever I could get my hands on which ended up with my head in the toilet throwing up.
I knew it was time do something!

I decided 3 weeks before Easter to start an 8 week quitting sugar challenge. Smart move starting during Easter? You'd think I was an idiot but it was actually a good lesson!
I completed the program and officially broke my sugar addiction all while STILL allowing myself an Easter egg and a couple of hot cross buns - I'm not one who believes in restriction.

The next year after this experiment, I started my Nutrition university degree and I learned about our body's biology and how our body works.
​
From my nutrition degree to my own experience and helping 1000s of women over the past 11 years in the health and fitness industry, I know its possible to find a balanced approach to eating, where you can still have your cake and eat it, without overdoing it.
