Need a delicious but fulfilling snack? Give these a go!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2.5 cups of nuts (crushed or roughly chopped)
- 1/2 cup of nut butter
- a few handfuls of desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1/3 cup of cacao powder
- 1 tbsp of butter (melted)
- 4-5 heaped tbsp of coconut oil
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until mixture is well blended and wet
- Roll mixture into balls then roll in desiccated coconut
- Place in a container lined with baking paper and place in the fridge for 1-2 hours until set
- Keep in fridge for up to 2 weeks or freezer for up to 3 months
